It will be available for players who want to expand more, but also to create outposts near their enemies.
So you will be able to buy 2 packs of 5 bases with DWD's only, but if you have a hard time with 5 bases you can just keep it as it is now. It's not a mandatory at all to have 10 or 15 bases.

That's true, but every new base will offer you more resources to spend, easier way to build units and give you bigger DRUGS production so I think it's pretty important to have as many bases as possible.
after this update, game seems to be way much more interesting. brainless clicking won't be so profitable anymore. cool :)
