you can claim these by visiting token.appics.com, logging in with your existing account, then confirm your steem username via email. then you will be part of the upcoming APX distribution and then you'll see your APX in your appics wallet!

I'm getting the same issue when I try to access, hopefully it can be fixed soon, I'm excited to get staked and start earning APX!
