Hello DTube!

This is a short and sweet tutorial on one of the main belly dance moves - a reverse figure eight!
Figure eights are the foundation of belly dance, since they symbolize infinity and the never-ending circle of life.
Add it to your daily workout routine, and a slimmer waistline is guaranteed. Plus, the circular motions of the hips are believed to help women release stress that we tend to store in the pelvic area.
As you can see, this fun move is a winner all around!
