2 Minutes with the Farmer: Our Setup for Bottle Feeding Goats!!!

in #dtube4 years ago

Today on 2 Minutes with the Farmer we are going to show off our simple setup for bottle feeding baby goats. We always have a few bottle baby goats every year so having a simple effective setup is key.

Thank you for spending 2 minutes with me!

haha..how freaking fun and cute is that! How often does that happen when the mom doesn't want the baby? What does she do, just walk away from it?

It happens about 5 percent of the time. Some goats adjust are not cut out to be moms. They get a one way ticket to market;).

Hello my friend! :D

He's adorable. :D Hmm, it's hard to come up with a name without interacting with the cutie pie, but how about Gomer, LOL. :D Just kidding, I don't really have a name, just wanted to watch the video. :D

We use our old broken water tubs/food dishes here too, there's always some way they can be useful around a farm/homestead. :D This is a great use of your old water tub with holes, the little guy seems happy in there. :D

God bless you and your wonderful family. :D Have an awesome day my fabulous friend! :D

Thank you so much. Gomer it is;)

You're most welcome. :D Sweet, Gomer is a cutie. :D

God bless. :D

Adorable @bowentroyer! While I always love adopting the orphans. It does become a problem for us long term. I am happy to say we only ever have lamb orphans and never goat orphans.

They are a lot of work. Thank you for watching. Hope all is going well for you and your family

Thanks for sharing your creative and inspirational video!

What a little cutie! I wonder why it is some mammas don't want their young? How long will he have to be bottle fed?

I am not sure why. I guess they are just like people some are better moms than others.

We will have to bottle feed him 6 weeks

He is a cutie!
