today I tried the air walk at the bar. For that I've been working on my wide pull-ups for some time now and will still focus on them in the near future. It's been the first time I record the air walk. So, for sure it's not the best one haha
Besides, I work on different progressions like the straddle front lever, Ice cream makers and so on.

Yeah, I gained about 22kg of weight last year, and lost about 16,17kg of weight this year.
So, in the summ I gained about 5kg of muscle mass since last year :)
