In today's recipe we will share all steps that How you can make beef biryani In Very easy steps!It taste delicious and Easy to cook! You must try it At home!

Ingredients Used:

  • Beef
  • Biryani masala
  • Yogurt {One CUP}
  • Onion { 3 medium Size Sliced}
  • Tomato {3 Medium Size Sliced}
  • lemon juice {1 Table Spoon}
  • Rice (sella Or Basmatti Rice),{ 1/2 Kg}
  • Coriander leave {3 Table Spoon}
  • Mint leave {3 Table Spoon}
  • Ginger garlic paste { One Table Spoon}

Spices:

  • Coriander Powder{ One Table Spoon}
  • Ground spice { One Table Spoon}
  • Turmeric powder {1/4 Table Spoon}
  • Salt { One Table Spoon}


    # Use Of Direction:

    Step # 1

    Take a pressure cooker and Add beef , Add onion,Add Tomato, Ginger Garlic Paste,Add All Spices, Add one glass of water ! Turn On The Flame And mix It Well! And recover it with lid !

    Cook It For 25 Minutes On Medium Flame!



    Step # 2

    • Take The Pressure Out And Take The Cook Meat And gravy in a pan And Heat it until water soaked!

    • Add 1/4 Cup Of Oil And heat it for 5 to 7 minutes !

    • Add biryani Masala In the Pre cooked Beef!
      After 5 Minutes Add yogurt and lemon Juice and mix it well!

    • And Cook it until The Water dry!



      Step # 3:

      Take Some water and add one table spoon oil and salt bad boil the rice up to 80% It will not take more than 4 to 5 minutes .

      • Sieve The Rice !


        Step # 4 :

        • Separate Half Of The Pre-Cooked Beef gravy In a plate !

        • Top up rice on the gravy in the pan .

        • Top us with The Beef Gravy over rice !

        • Add another layer of rice On the gravy and top up with yellow color and coriander Leaves!

        • Recover it with lid and steam it for 10 to 12 minutes!

        Mix It well and the dish out !
