Infact new year is the origin of our mind .if our mind is clear and honestly doing our work then every day is for celebration.Our good thinking, our culture itself creates a new year. If we are right in our place then we have a new year every day.

We usually stay at home, perhaps have some drinks, and sometimes make up our own games, etc. One of our favorite years was my wife and I at home alone creating a game where I would play songs on youtube and she would name the artist and try to guess the year as well. Was really fun :)

We usually watch the ball drop at home. I tend to stay off the roads on the big holidays.
Have you been having a lot of snow up there? Weather has been oddly warm here and all rain with no snow. Either way I tend to try and stay off the roads just about everyday. All a game of odds and I'm not the greatest driver. haha.
No snow at all here in Michigan. In fact we dodged that storm that hit the South a few weeks back! Loving it, actually!!!
That is crazy. Last time i was in Ithaca for work it was freezing there. Looking at video from last New years eve we had all kind of snow in our area and nothing this year.
