Hi @ kevinli, glad to see you again with a new discussion, you talk about performance, I do not understand what you say, but I like and upvote you

Feeling like an adult. Ha ha. It's fun for me to see you talking about this because it really does take me back. Now I'm sober and have a family and work and on weekends I still get up at like 8 or 9. I'm watching my daughter start to sleep in now as she gets deeper into teenagehood. The cycle of life right there. I just love that you're enjoying it and doing well in your work. That's not a given!

That's good you like your job. Hopefully you can get some cheaper living though so you can really save up and not have to work as much in case things change. Change often happens in the corporate world.

Sorry i cannot see the video as my internet speed is very low.It is a good day with popcorn while raining outside haha...

Glad the preformance review went well I had one B4 but i had to move boxes one spot to another on a timer

I like this topic of performance. Everyone is concerned about his/her performance. Good that you have opened this topic for discussion. Supporting one another may increase our performance.

Hey @kevinli don't give up!!. interview is tricky and Lil Bit messy it can confuse you but in the long run you did everything you can stay strong bro I know you could do it even you messed up a little bit. held your head up high and stay on your ground and rock that boat XD

I have to say that I like this! We are really serious about finding awesome videos on DTube and letting everyone know how great they are. I love what you say thank you..

Man I cannot believe that this was posted so long ago and I'm just seeing it now. I had a slow go at career life and really busted hump and did not miss much if any work and after about 5 years I'm lucky that I've earned enough trust to work from home. I had plenty of things that I would have rather have been doing but I put my focus to the company and it somewhat has paid off for me so far. It is such a gamble how much you devout to a job because you really have no clue where it is going to end up just like anything else. I stuck with it when many around me gave up and were let go. The only advise that I could offer even if you did not ask is, be patient and do your best at everything that you do even if it is those things that you don't want to do. For complete transparency I really am a rebel at heart but have done what I have needed to do under the circumstances. If any opportunity came to me to be creating full time that is what I would be doing. But at the moment I enjoy my seniority and respect that I have worked hard for in a place that I would rather not be. P.S. I used to have to give perform ace reviews and was told by my manager to always point out some positive but also some negative. Felt like a really crappy thing to do. The first go around they made me redo all of my reviews stating that I was too generous. I kept that in mind when I got my review. Take care.

Cheers, Tim. I feel like it all worked out
