Do I need to delegate to be placed on the watch-list? Or do I need to pay a deposit or some such?

I can't delegate SP that has been delegated to me, I assume.. so then, I have about 6 SP of my own, but I'm definitely wanting/trying to grow! Let me know what I can do.
I use steempeak, so rewards are in STU.. dust threshold is then 0.02 SPU right? Just wondering and making sure I understand.. if it's true, I definitely need you :)

STU on steempeak and $ on steemit are the same thing actually... and yes that's exactly where the dustlimit is, at 0.020 STU/$
