Prospectors: Eagle City and how to profit as a nomad

Hello friends. I don't consider myself an expert on Tombstone like challenges in Prospectors game, but I do know a bit about the crazy dynamic in this type of game.

What to do in this world?

Assuming you didn't participate in Eagle City auctions, you will start from scratch in this land

The economy is a free market economy, so people with tools, materials, and resources got them paying WAX in an auction. Do not expect low prices in the market

Things to do in Eagle City
1-Get gold

In this world, wages are higher than those in permanent worlds, so you can earn a decent amount of money, considering that you don't have to invest to get it. Sadly the only money you're getting comes from other players pockets because mined gold can't be converted unless the train station is finished (that'll take time and could not happen)

How do we get gold for free? Transportation jobs. A lot of materials and resources need to be transported from -01/-01 to players plots. So there will be a lot of work, but also high demand so you need to be fast.

DO NOT BUY CARTS OR WAGONS. You don't need to. It's too expensive and you don't have any warranty that you will ROI with that. It's easier to buy tools and work

2-Get tools

You need tools. But you can't buy all of them. Actually, tools are very very expensive at this stage of the game. So you have to make sure that you can profit from the tool's price. Each tool has 100h of work.

You can craft them with your hands. But guys, if you have $1-$2 you won't regret it you invest in the game. It will give you a boost to get a very nice ROI

Sledgehammer: Cost around 17 PGL in the market. Jobs requiring only sledgehammer are paying from 8 to 14 gold per minute. Which gives you 48pgl-84 PGL before the tool fainted. If you equip your 3 workers with a sledgehammer you can get a high amount of PGL.

Axe+saw: These tools are required to chop wood. The cost in the market is around 20 PGL. Same guys. A lot of profit if you work in the best spots. There will be a lot of work for these tools in the first 5-6 days. Always check what's paying more.

If you have to buy any tool, start with those. You will be self-sufficient for the rest of the game

To craft these tools you will have to gather resources from free plots but the inconvenience right now is that those plots need to be explored so the ? can be changed for the amount of the resource. You can check the wiki of the game to see what do you need to craft the tool. Check each worker and you will see a tab where you can make every part you need for the tool. After all this hard work the tool will only last 10h. If it's worth it for you, go ahead.

3-Buy certificate
You need it. Period. Noting to say about it. To be able to work with your tools you'll need the certificate to work 5 hours 3 times a day. 900 minutes per worker that's the time you can work with certificate daily. Otherwise, you only can work for 60 minutes, wait for 30 to refill energy, and repeat. It's boring.

4-Buy more tools and repeat. Always look for tools that have higher demand. Do not buy gold pans to mine gold. Mining gold is not worthy now. It won't get you to anywhere

Mistakes to avoid
1-Create business and rent a plot without proper calculations. It's not easy if you don't have a clear strategy. It's only 50 days and you need deep pockets and experience to play the game as a building owner.
2-Focusing on mining gold. Mining gold is the goal of the game. But the train station needs to be finished for that. If you're gonna play nomad, don't start mining gold. Work and get gold that you can convert to PGL, not raw gold from the gold plot.
3-Wait to pay rent, buy the certificate and send workers to university. Do not wait lol, do it as soon as possible or you will regret it. Certificate, rent, and university expenses rise as salaries and market prices rise. It happened before in the previous Tombstone and it was a nightmare.
