This is such an informative post all about the wonderful nutritional benefits of Spirulina. This wonderful plant has been a stable in my diet for the last few years and it is great to see it being promoted by @stortebeker, who has written 7 posts about this superfood. What is most impressive is how easy it is to grow, something I will be looking into after reading this wonderful post.
