It's a little bit disappointing that the level of expertise and challenges where not a far from the other country, however the salary is somehow off in the Philippines.
No doubt that other IT professionals in the Philippines would rather go abroad to find better opportunities.
Do you think that there should be a standard salary for all countries with proper realignment on the cost of living?
