Upvoted and resteemed. Thank you for sharing this @kennyskitchen. A lot of what you mention I do but have not really incorporated them into a routine. Between @eco-alex post on routines which referred me here, it is inspiring to see this being put out there. I know when I stay on a routine for a week or more that it has helped me stay balanced through the day. It has given me confidence and has helped majorly to enjoy my day and promote good health and confidence as well as love towards myself and others. I am now back to my routine and it has been a week. They say it takes 30-40 days to break old habits and establish new ones. I am going to stay the course this time. :-) Have a beautiful week @kennyskitchen.

Thanks @gardengranny!
The importance of choosing our own habits, rituals, and routines really can't be emphasized too much. So many humans end up running a bunch of programs that someone else wrote for them, instead of writing their own, and that is the #1 reason for so much pain & suffering in the world (I believe).
So many blessings on your journey, and feel free to drop by if you need a little dose of affirmation anytime :-) I've also collected LOTs of resources that I've found quite helpful in making changes as well.
