I have not really done a question and answer type of engagement post and I have listed that as a possible topic in the future.
The tagging is indeed something that must be used properly. Tag people into a post as a mere vote beg might earn you a flag instead haha.
I used to do contest for communities but taking a little breather from being a leader and just enjoying the platform and helping people.
