School largely teaches children to regurgitate information from text books, but very rarely, if ever, does the teacher encourage pupils to question the information in those text books.
Is it any wonder, then, that those same children who grow up to be adults never question what they are told by the government and mainstream media and merely regurgitate what they are told on the previous nights' news?
The government and media, like the teachers in school, are deemed the ultimate arbiters of truth because most adults have been conditioned, through years and years of obedience training at school, to take authority as truth rather than truth as authority.

Certainly inquisitive minds find their way through the prison of information that is presented before them.
Is the solution to live a life so outrageous it makes the rest of the qualified world think you are dangerous although you present no immediate danger? To create a rift, a rupture in society - whereby to have leverage for alternative view points or to provide it for others in this war of 'rights' and 'wrongs'.
I had to find my way through the prison of information, took me until I got out of high school. Was online a lot and just was able to do my own thing.
