Health benefits of fruits and vegetables

Today is Friday a weekend, it is not a weekend that is just for going out and have some fun but also a grocery day, only women can understand who make a list of groceries they want to do over the weekend for a whole week, now some will say that they do the monthly grocery I agreed but vegetables and fruits you cannot buy for a month so it's my routine to buy weekly not every day.

Vegetables and fruits are really good for health and we should increase their use in our diet, the use of raw vegetables as salad is healthier, I every day make a salad using cabbage, carrot, cucumber, tomato, green chilies, green apple, and onion some time with lunch and dinner, it fulfill your tummy soon and you don't feel hunger for many hours this may help us in portion control.

I found these fresh vegetables in the market, these oranges full of juices and without seeds, I prefer to make orange juice instead of eating them, cabbage, and carrots were also very fresh I use my mobile phone camera oppo A9 2020 to take these pictures and didn't use any editor on them.

Oranges and cabbage are rich source of vitamin C which help to boost your immune system, make you help in losing weight, best to make your skin fresher, and is also useful for heart diseases and cancer. it is my personal experience that carrots and orange juice have many health benefits you must add to your daily routine, winter is starting in Pakistan so carrots and oranges season is in don't forget to take its benefits.
