**Project management in pills ** SCOPE, SCHEDULE OR COST, Which is the most important?

The managing of the triple constraint is one of the biggest challenges of the Project Manager.

One of the most important tasks for the project manager is to know what the stakeholder needs to understand which one of the constraints may be more important ( meeting the schedule, save the budget, or reach scope).

This becomes important when the Project Manager needs to fix issues. We know that each triple constraint is important for a Project Manager but one of these can be much more ( depending on the particular project).

These three constraints, work together interestingly. The Project Manager must be able to identify trade-offs between these constraints to ensure the best solution for his stakeholder.
