You might not like this but it's the sad truth:
Pretty much whole problem of ETN is being XMR copycat without GUI desktop wallet and with bugged electroneum daemon (from miner) eating tons of RAM (personal record is 14GB causing my system to have 0 free ram), slowing syncing to almost halt.

Without working electroneum deamon, there will never be widespread ecommerce adoption.
