Launching a New Series: How to Build Electronics

in #electronics7 years ago

Hey Steemit,
Since I've been feeling better lately, I have decided to launch a new series. I know there are probably some people out there who want to learn how to build electronics - the only problem is that the components and concepts mystify them. Whether your a wide eyed kid trying to learn more about electronics, a college student who is interested in building and programming, or an older person trying to learn something new - Electronics is for you.

During this series, I will be going over very basic concepts about electricity (Ohms Law and stuff like that), different components and what they do, sensors to communicate and understand the outside world, and practical application of what you have learned. Ill also be doing experiments to help explain the concepts as well (credit to Make:Electronics and Practical Electronics for Inventors for experiment ideas.)

For the final project, I will teach how to build an obstacle avoiding robot.

Schedule:
Week 1(December 26th - January 1st): Basic Electronics/Concepts
Week 2(January 2nd - 9th): Intermediate Electronics/Hands on work
Week 3(January 10th - 20th): Advanced Electronics/Sensors
Week 4(January 20th - February 2nd): Build your own Robot

Cheers Steemians!
Max
