Monet Tejada (played by songstress Mary J. Blige) storms the precinct in efforts to rescue her nephew Ezekiel who is being held by one of the most polished detectives in town. The heat turns up and Ezekiel begins to sweat as he is questioned about his many indiscretions including his affair with his murder suspect professor Caridad Milgram.
