I'm definitely interested to see where this day/weekend leaves us. I definitely don't want to play the falling knife game with EOS, but this bringing sanity back to the ICO distribution will be good for our wallets.
LoL does that line really go down to 3-4? What a steal, I was a buyer at $5 but I didn't see it get there with my alerts. Bitfinex is dumping US customers (smart move). Changelly no longer lists many coins including EOS, probably a volatility issue which they would solve. Exodus then remains the only decent way to buy EOS.
Binance, Kraken, and Bithumb are all excellent options for purchasing EOS tokens. And of course purchasing from the EOS token distribution itself is also a great option - especially if you are dollar cost averaging over multiple distribution periods.

EOS is also available on Binance and you can sometimes get it below what other exchanges are priced at.
