When the Artemis II crew was out there near the moon side, we could see Earth like a size of a football, if they would travel further ahead, the size of this ball will further shrink to a dot. And Imagine in this small ball we 8 billion people are living and now imagine one single of us from this 8 billion, like a speck in the dust and yet we give ourselves so much importance and live with so much ego.

The Universe is somewhere 93 billion light years across, it doesn't know my name, once I die, I will soon be forgotten. So does it mean that anything that we do probably has no significance or importance. Sometimes I feel yes, all that we keep chasing for all our life will have no meaning one day. On death I cannot take absolutely anything so what is this whole struggle for. How does it matter if I have more or less because whatever I have is all temporary and it's never going to be a forever thing for me.

We are all this one speck in the dust in this giant universe, we feel we have achieved big things and yes, they will be important for us but in this big Universe it may mean nothing, the most important thing that we will take with us are our Karma. While there are many theories about life after death but who knows how significant even that is out in the Universe.

I feel that this Universe is a one big world in which our planet Earth is like one big room where we are all huddled up keeping each other warm. Such a big Universe and yet no human life detected anywhere does make us so special. So many planets and all barren, no life anywhere out there, does make our planet the most special one in the whole of this Universe. Sometimes I wonder if there is a cosmic consciousness, what must be it feeling for our life on Earth.

I am a speck in the dust, may feel insignificant but I still believe that I have a special place in this entire Universe.
