Nanak Dev was a great revolutionary, social reformer and nationalist guru. Guru Nanak Dev Ji (first Nanak, founder of Sikhism) was born at the famous place named Sheikhpura (Pakistan), Nankana Sahib, in present-day Rai-Bhoye-The Talvandi, consisting of Kartik Purnima, 1526 (English Year 146 9). Guru Nanak Sahib's birthday is celebrated every year on the full moon day of 15th Kartik Purnima. Mehta Kalyan Das, father of Guru Nanak, who was also known mainly as Mehta Kalu, worked as Rai Bhullar as a Chief Accountant. Guru Nanak's mother Trupta was a very ordinary and religious woman. Guru Nanak Dev Ji's elder sister was Nanak, who loved his younger brother, namely Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Guru Nanak Dev was a wonderful and extraordinary child. God gave him an intense thinking mind and logical thinking. He learned Hindi and Sanskrit language in 7 years of Au. He surprised his teacher with his supernatural and amazing knowledge towards the divine things. At the age of 13 he became a knowledge of Persian and Sanskrit languages. At the age of 16, he came to the society as a stunning scholar throughout the field. He was married to Mother Sulakhani, who had two sons- Shrichand and Lakhmi Chand. After migrating various places in Punjab, he decided to migrate to different religious places of the country and the world. This migration is known as the four sadness of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. During this time, Guru Nanak Sahib visited various religious places and taught teachings. They are from Kurukshetra, Haridwar, Joshimath, Reeta Sahib, Gorakhmatta (Nanak Matta), Ayodhya, Prayag, Varanasi, Gaya, Patna and Assam in Guwahati, Dhaka, Puri, Cuttack, Rameswaram, Ceylon, Bidar, Bharuch, Somnath, Dwarka, Junagadh, Ujjain, Ajmer, Mathura, Pakt Pattan, Talwandi, Lahore, Sultanpur, Bilaspur, RavalSar, Jwalaji, Spiti valley, Tibet, Ladakh, Kargil, Amarnath, Srinagar and Baramullah also visited. Guru Nanak Sah B G has also appeared in the Muslim shrines. In this context, they went to Mecca, Medina, Baghdad, Multan, Peshawar, Hinglaj etc. Many historical documents say that they migrated from Maqa Sea Rastte. Guru Sahib also visited the Iraqi Arabian Peninsula, Turkey and Tehran (presently the capital of Iran). From Tehran, Guru Sahib also visited Kabul, Kandahar and Jalalabad through caravan. The main purpose of the journey was to create awareness among people about the truth of God and a nation-centered thought. He established various teaching centers of Sikhism. The seeding of Sikh thought certainly came from India. But its impact is global. In 1520 Babar invaded India. India was reddened to blood. Religious places were broken. The towns of Nagar went to light. Mughal soldiers tortured the Indian people. Babar's soldiers killed thousands of innocent people. There were atrocities on women in Amanabad. Foreign aggression became the master of wealth of India. Guru Nanak, in protest of these acts of Babar, did very much.

Guru Sahib presented himself as a nationalist and the views of Hindustan appear in front of Babar. They were arrested Gurunanak Dev ji, who triggered a protest against the Mughals Babar, formulated a new independence movement. Babar's arrest is the start of the freedom movement in the context of Sikh history. Guru Nanak Sahab Ji settled in the city of Kartarpur (presently a part of Pakistan), which he had spent in 1522 and left his life (1522-1539 ) Spent there right there. He gave a discourse to the omnipresent, omnipotent and true God-Akal Purakh in a new way. God is Nirankar, God is the soul, the Creator is, It is unforgettable, beyond birth and death, it is non-scriptural, the time is absolute, is frightened and it is the prakruti. God is the knower, the ultimate truth, the giver, the nirvair and the omnipresent. It is Satnam, never ending, it is always true. As a social reformer, Guru Nanak Sahib done the work to improve the condition of women, the poor and the condition of the dalits. They opposed the caste system and the policies of the Muslim rulers. He was a poet from birth. He composed 9 47 words. Japji Sahib, Aras De Var, Baramah, Siddhagoy, Omkar Dakhani etc.) are included in their bows and the bani of Guru Nanak Dev ji is mentioned in Shri Gururlath Sahib.
