There will be diverse causes, movements and ideologies competing for your attention.

Where focus goes, energy flows. You don’t have infinite energy. Command your focus or old age will meet you bitter and unaccomplished.

Bitter, because you’ll finally realize you were used but you’re now too old to do anything about it.

Social Media is the melting pot for all sorts of emotional triggers.

You must learn to see something that would demand a turbulent reaction from the average person and instead think “Not my concern”.

Like the biblical wise virgins who weren’t liberal with their oil, saving up your attention for when it truly counts isn’t selfish. It’s being prudent with your only non-renewable resource.
