BTC -The because I can’t run swim

I just finished a 2.2km swimming that lasted about 0hh:38mm:2ss !

Another tough session of 100m repeats with anything from 10-20seconds rest in between. Absolutely tanked through the whole hour (Because i’m full of beans from not running) think I must have forgotten to unpause my watch in sections because I did more lengths than this but hey ho.

Large Malbec down the pub after. Got to get it in hefore we shut down.

What’s the deal with hive? Is exhaust moving over?
