I remember coming to Banglore last year at the same time, looking to take up a 9-5 job, and being confused to confirm one offer from the options I had. Then it happened, I talked to this one interviewer for almost hours and I was convinced this is where I wanted to work. It was one of the well-known crypto exchanges in India and I was sure about taking joining the job for the values and culture the company stood for. I must say it was a great learning experience looking after and handling PR for an organization like that, especially when the times are tough.
And today, I have stepped down from my position. It feels good for all the right reasons and feels bad for the team and people I've met there!
The thing with 9 to 5 jobs are, at least when you work from home is the lack of boundaries. It can for sure be a 9 but never a 5—it's pretty much until whenever the last meeting is. And I'm glad that it feels great to take some time out and write this down, which never really happened in the past year!
Well, here's to my new opportunities, to the great team I would miss, and back to keeping my blogs live! 🥂
