Although I needed to add, as much as I agree with what you've said, I disagree with your use of the millennial tag. I hate how people use this generalization. I am lumped into this group and I think it's a terrible use of the term. Generation Z (currently 18-25 years old) grew up with technology and partake in tide pod challenges while millenials are the generation that made hipsters trendy again, eat avocados and Kale and work their asses off to pay outrageous school loans. Big difference
