A lot have been Happening this past few days and the social media is not helping. People are scared, confused, anxious, irritated and it doesn't look like it will be over soon.
As a mental health Advocate, I want to suggest to all my Hive family to please ensure that they watch out for their Mental Health. Take a break from social media if it's getting too toxic for you. Try out some yoga classes, meet with friends and have fun. Don't stress yourself for the things that you can't change. I hope you take this advice. Have a blessed day 💙
