Amber's Story

The door closes. She is alone now. Staring blankly out the window, Amber clutches some bedding. The hitting, the voices, the hurt... and the routine sex she was expected to perform tonight... and every night. She is too numb to cry and yet tears fill her heart. This young girl will never laugh or even smile. How she misses her mother and brother. Why was she here with these strangers? What did she do wrong? Amber turns to look out the second floor window. There is a street light and a shadowed moon in this run down neighborhood. She hears a few cars from up the street. Oh, if she only could escape! But where too? This was a large city with many streets. How would she ever find her mother and family? The stranger reenters...

A Product of the CPS

Child abuse and under age sex is far too prevalent in our cities today. And yet, it is the Child Protective Services who create the circumstances for this to occur. When a young one is uprooted and placed in foster care, the child at risk. Strangers will never provide the same love and nurturing as biological parents do. With the incentive of the CPS monetary kick back to foster parents, heartfelt love can be replaced with greed. Some foster families may only be looking for extra income.

The Abused

Such an environment is ripe for physical and mental abuse. Angry hands replace loving hearts and sexual acts stand in for the bedtime story. The insensitivity and greed can only be outdone by the government CPS itself. Case workers are paid bonuses to tear families apart, steal children and place these young ones in money making foster care or sex trafficking rings. It is all about the money and not the child. Their quotas become an addiction.

I am reminded of the song, Luka, by Susanna Vega (1987). - I guess I like to be alone. Nothing broken, nothing thrown. They only hit until you cry, after that you don't ask why.

Remain Bruised and Voiceless

The abused may try to hide the marks and bruises, but they long for a way to escape. With all the noise of this world, they are voiceless and in danger. Sadly, abused animals get better care than the neglected, legally kidnapped child. Yet, the CPS has stolen innocence and created a worse case Orwellian scenario for many.

Unless We Are Their Voice

Children are the future and the hope of tomorrow. It is up to us to protect it from the bruises of abuse. It is our responsibility to preserve innocence form being shattered. If we do not, what kind of future do we have? What horrifying lives will our children have then?

There are folks who see the real need to protect children from strangers and sex trafficking. They are working together to be a voice for those too in danger to speak. Folks like @familyprotection, here on Hive, stand up against abuse and the trafficking of the CPS. They believe that families are meant to be inseparable and always one. They speak out for justice, truth and freedom. I encourage you to support @familyprotection as they continue to be a voice for all the Ambers and Lukas of this world.

Protecting Family And Innocence

No child should ever be stolen or abused. No family should ever be separated. Together, we can insure they can live in happiness and peace.
