My point is, since there was no written signature on the documentation, then the MCFD has no basic right from withholding a mother from performancing her responsibilities for her child the way I see things, I think there is really something wrong, what if somebody is tipping the MCFD? because it's seems fishy, Joe and Pamela has not really committed anything for their human rights to be taken this way
