Who has the power in society? The people? That's a nice little fantasy to believe in isn't it. Those given legal authority are the ones who have the power. And that power is often used to ruin lives.
The authority granted to doctors allows them to accuse parents of child abuse. This results in parents losing custody of their children, and families being destroyed with children suffering various forms of trauma in the end. Yet, many parents are innocent, and only are guilty of trying to help their injured or ill child get medical care.

In cases of medical kidnapping, doctors (especially radiologists) known as Child Abuse Specialists or Pediatricians are the front line who work in tandem with the Child Procurement Syndicate that execute the state-sponsored child abductions, medical kidnappings and theft of children from their shocked parents. Then the police and courts get involved to possibly lay charges and send a parent to jail for alleged child abuse.
All the while, the parents receive no due process in the legal system. They do get multiple court hearings, but they are just formalities that order the parents around and force them compliance with a corrupted system in order for them to grasp at the hope of getting their children back from the state. The social workers, doctors, lawyers and courts work well to keep parents and children separated and help sell them off to the foster or adoption system.
Parents of have no history, or very little, or violence or other issues that would merit such harsh treatment to steal their children away. Other doctors even testify to the lack of child abuse evidence, yet their words fall on deaf ears. The lack of actual evidence of child abuse just doesn't matter to a system that seems bent on destroying the biological family unit. Whatever a "child abuse specialist" says becomes the "whole truth and nothing but the truth."
The practice of "diagnosing" child abuse from injuries or illness has been standardized with board certification of child abuse pediatricians from 2010, but the the flawed foundations have been building since the 1900s. They have steadily been framing child abuse diagnoses so as to silence oppositional views from other doctors who don't agree, often resorting to discrediting them and trying to ruin their careers, like Dr. Waney Squier who has taken on the fraud of Shaken Baby Syndrome. This allows them a disproportionate amount of influence to set policies in courts and the child welfare system.
It started with what's called "battered child syndrome" and a paper by that names from Dr. C. Henry Kempe published in JAMA in 1962. It concluded:
The battered-child syndrome … should be considered in any child exhibiting evidence of possible trauma or neglect (fracture of any bone, subdural hematoma, multiple soft tissue injuries, poor skin hygiene, or malnutrition) or where there is a marked discrepancy between the clinical findings and the historical data as supplied by the parents.
The experts who were most qualified, according to Kempe, were radiologist, who "were experts who are uniquely qualified to find signs of abuse that other doctors frequently miss". Full skeletal x-rays were done in any case of suspicion of child abuse to see if there were any fractures that could be blamed on the parents. And it's still done this way today if you bring your child in for some issue that meets the criteria for injury. Then you become a target even when you did nothing wrong, and it can spiral out of control.
Many parents have experienced this treatment by the medical establishment. Other medical conditions that can explain the child's inuries or illness are ignored. This includes "infantile rickets, osteogenesis imperfecta, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, vaccine injuries, metabolic disorders, infections, or accidental injuries."
If these doctors were any good at their job, they would look at this and other conditions to explain what happened to a child, rather than blame the parents first and engage in "legal" kidnapping. Other doctors who know how to diagnose these conditions are ignored in favor of radiology "experts" who can are deemed the only reliable medical opinion. At least that's what they work to ingrain in society and especially the courts.
The policy-setting Helfer Society mock non-Herlfire doctors as being incapable of understanding child abuse whent hey offer other diagnoses:
A number of physicians have shown up regularly in court to put forth opposing and often novel theories for individual children’s injuries. Some of these same physicians have been creating a body of medical literature challenging the foundation of child abuse diagnosis, much of it novel hypothetical and poorly.
Kempe himself viewed parents' denial of haveing done any wrong as a lie, since none can possibly be innocent in his eyes:
Such attitudes are maintained despite the fact that evidence of physical attack is obvious and that the trauma could not have happened in any other way.
No matter what a parent says, if the "expert" says you did something, then you're just in denial because the physical "evidence" obviously points to an "attack" and you're guilty of it. Sure, some parents are harming their children, but may are not and are innocent.
Kempe edited the 1968 book "The Battered Child" of the founder of the Helfer Society. Kempe also went in to found the National Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect in 1972. This paved the way for COngress to pass the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), or the “Mondale Act,” in 1974 which gave birth to the agency known as Child Protective Services (CPS).
Since then, the preponderance of medical kidnapings has grown. There is still no actual medical consensus on accurate child abuse diagnoses. Yet the courts and public have been socially engineered to accept the "expert" opinion of some doctors, and reject others who can better explain what happened to a child. X-rays aren't he be-all and-all to determine why something happened. They only show what happened.
Child Abuse Pediatricians and radiologists shouldn't be given such power to destroy families and traumatize children further. Where is the due process for parents to fight to keep custody based on real evidence on wrongdoing? They just have their children taken from them as a default procedure. No real investigations happen where experts in various areas are consulted to truly diagnose what happened to a child.
These child abuse "experts" are not doing the work of real doctors to find real answers to medical problems. They are just accusing parents and acting as if they are saving children. If a parent is a criminal, then a real investigation needs to be done, like for any other suspected criminal who would receive due process. Untold damage is being done simply as a "precaution" based on trumped up charges of child abuse.

At some point if history were to repeat itself, these evil men and women stealing these kids will find mobs coming to take what is theirs with the same sympathy. At some point the pharmaceuticals, the programming people are watching etc will not be strong enough to numb enough people for them to escape their karma.
Maybe that day will come... it would take numbers for sure. Until then, the law will protect them, and cops will fight any vigilante who tries to take the law into their own hands. Only the system is allowed to enforce law... :/
it's a bit like the problem with psychiatry and psycho-pharamcy products: Doctors have the power to decide if you are sane or isane. If it's latter, they have the right to lock you up and force feed you (food and meds). My mom was killed that way, and quite a few of my friends have developed heavy addictions during these proceedings...
The Big Problem: Doctors think that they are always right...
Yup, some are down to earth, and some are authoritarian. The power of mental institutions is insane to lock people up. So many ppl trust doctors and get prescribed shit that gets them hooked.
