I always said that as soon as someone is targeted by CPS there are very few solution : 1 joining the Cartels... don't worry, it will be handled swiftly (think nailguns (the type to build house) on their living room stomach slashed (it generally calm them for a while :D). otherwise, killing them, but generally the FBI side with the pedos... so the easiest changing country ! it's worth it ! my 2 cents.
