It can sound like total absurd, but it really happens now in one of our regions.
2024 is called a family Year in my country. it means protection and help to families in hard life situations.
But it seems to me CPS has understood principles of this year different.
A real juvenile story is unfolding in the Chelyabinsk region. IIn the picture a mother of four children Tamara is talking with a public figure, human rights activist Elina Zhgutova (I've told about her in my posts already).
The Logachev family has been together for more than 15 years. The husband is 15 years older than Tamara, they have four children together. The youngest is 3 years old, and the oldest Artem is 15 years old. There are also twins, they are 11 years old.
Difficulties began when the family moved to the Chelyabinsk region.
They didn’t have their own home, so they rented an apartment. They moved because of the husband’s work, found a job in security in Chelyabinsk. He leaves on shifts,so he is at home several days a month. Of course, it's hard for Tamara ebing alone with kids, but she understand her husband work hard to earn money for their kids' good life. Moreover, they get money from the state, and in total they really have a rather good life even with 4 kids.
But the CPS of the region decided that kids have no normal life conditions...
They drew up protocols and fined Tamara under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for “improper upbringing.” They just used the fact the woman was alone while the father was absent at work.
More problems appear when the eldest son had problems at school and didn't want to study. he was ready to work and help Mom but had no interest to school lessons. He was a teenager, moreover, we all know school education now, his behavior is logical! But the CPS used this fact only against the family.
And so they concluded that limiting the rights of parents would be in the interests of the children. If in 6 months the situation isn't changed, kids will be taken away forever, as they promised.
When Elina discovered info about this story, she began to turn on all her help channels and make this story loud. Hundreds of letters of support and guilty to CPS flew from many cities of the country, and this activity was the family's salvation!
Already in 1 day parents visited the senator from the Chelyabinsk region. She got info about the family problem and invited them to get more details.
It's the victory!
