Blackwater Castle
The warmth of the water was unsettling. My heart pound as if it were ringing the dinner bell for the monsters lurking below. With my head above water, I swam quietly, hoping to go unnoticed.
The stinging of the rain as it hit my face was a minor distraction from the dangers that lie beneath my dangling legs.
And with every fearful stroke from my arms, I watched as the fog became weaker revealing the monumental steps of Blackwater Castle.
