Nothing is more awesome than training with just body weight.
I've been a big fan of working out without using weights. Because I like the idea of working out anywhere, without having to pay expensive (and unnecessary) gym membership.
It's been workout out fine. I get good body shape for years. Of course, I'm not dedicated to taking part in Mr. Olympia but that works for my regular daily life.
Another great thing about training with calisthenics is, the strength and mobility gain is transferable to all parts of your life. Climbing stairs, moving heavy groceries bag and etc.

You'll be surprised calisthenics not only can build awesome body shape, but it has transformed many from skinny and overweight, male or female.
