Nice job. To be fair to others in the past that it didn't count for, let's consider skipping rope under cardio work. I counted it this time, so for the future. Nice workout. I totally forgot about face pull exercises.
I didn't count Skipping rope in my total reps because we already had that talk :D
I forget about them too but yesterday I wasn't that fit and in that moments I often do some new exercises.
