Abs are starting to show?!
Hey friends!
so today i had a cardio workout in the morning
60 mins of cardio and lost 541 calories!
After that i checked my Weight and saw!
79.6 kgs!
last time i checked was in Day 3 !
and i was:
80.4kgs!
seems like everything is going in the right way!
in the evening i went again to the gym for a Weight Lifting workout
trying out Layne Norton Program this week to see if i like it!
i think its a good plan but i have to fully try it out this week so i can know for sure if i should keep with it or search for another one
