Hey friends!

so today i had Day 1 and felt a bit week after my sickness in the last couple of days so my workout wasnt that good but i pushed through and still finished it !

Layne Norton Program

Day 1: Upper Body Power DayMy results
Pulling Power Movement: Bent over rows 3 sets of 3-5 reps3 Sets 80KGS 5 reps
Assistance Pulling movement: Weighted Pull ups 2 sets of 6-10 reps10KGS 10 Reps 9 Reps
Auxiliary Pulling movement: Rack chins 2 sets of 6-10 reps10 reps 10 reps
Pressing Power Movement: Flat dumbbell presses 3 sets of 3-5 reps3 sets 5 reps 40 KGS
Assistance pressing movement: Weighted dips 2 sets of 6-10 reps10 KGS 10 reps 10 reps
Assistance pressing movement: Seated dumbbell shoulder presses 3 sets of 6-10 reps3 sets 10 reps 10 reps 8 reps 22KGS
Auxiliary curling movement: Cambered bar curls 3 sets of 6-10 reps3 sets of 10 reps 15 KGS each side
Auxiliary extension movement: Rope Pull down 3 sets of 6-10 reps3 sets 10 reps 12Plates in my machine

Wohoho Lost 0.6 KGs from last week !

Last week i was 79.6 Day 10 of the Journey

so i guess im moving in the right direction and hope to keep on doing so!

in this week im planing to keep on testing Layne Norton program and will try to get at least one more cardio workout on an empty stomach.

Final tests are coming in the next few weeks hope i can keep on working out regularly and study enough for them

I jumped on the scales recently. I'm down to 85 kg. I've lost 15kgs in 3 months while eating pizza and playing Playstation. Only thing that has changed in my diet... I quit drinking booze!

im doing a challenge this month to not drink any alcoholic drinks and i feel like it really making a different i should make more research about it and maybe make a post on that topic!
