The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
My Daily Challenge Completed - 105 reps:
-105 Bar Shrugs (75 pounds)
Daily Assessment: I'm posting earlier than usual because I have to go back to my parents' house tomorrow AM to help my Mom with my Dad who is winding down from his battle with brain cancer. I don't have weights there, so I'll need to focus on push-ups. Doing my reps will help me stay positive during a very stressful time for me, if you read my recent post about our relationship.
Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

The farthest I've ever run in my life was 3 miles in high school in the snow and hated it. Since then I've maybe ran one mile just a few times on a treadmill. I just can't stand running, except for on the baseball field. My joins probably are happy about this, but I could really use that cardiovascular work. When I do ever go to the gym, I do ride a bike or use the rowing machine as a warmup and cooldown, so I'm not too lazy I hope.
rowing and spinning is also great man, it is because of my spinning lessons that i run a little better than before.
Daily challenge completed - approx. 300 reps (no less, probably more)
Today I went to a gym for the first time and had chest and triceps day with an exercise savvy friend of mine. Please excuse me for not listing the exercises, I have no idea what they're called. I will probably learn in time, but for now I just focus on doing them.
Wedensday is biceps and something. Friday will be legs.
Here's today's soundtrack:
Congrats. The gym will certainly make it much easier to fly through all sorts of different reps to challenge your body. You're probably the first person I've ever heard of who listens to surf rock at the gym, but as long as it's anything other than regular bad gym music, it's all good. The song was actually pretty cool. Make sure to stretch after so many reps. You'll certainly be feeling it tomorrow.
Thanks and certainly. Feeling it good today, but it's actually better than feared. I feel that my CTS-infested muscles particularly, got a very proper and focused workout yesterday. Still hurts, but now in a different (good) way. It will possibly be worse tomorrow though.
Glad you liked the song. Surf music is actually completely new to me. I discovered it [the genre] the other day when I was looking for guitar inspiration.
