How to use Flagship...A visual guide
Terms
- Send 0.2 SBD to @flagship, put your Steemit.com post/comment link in the memo.
- If you send more than 0.2 SBD you will be refunded the overage the first time. Any time after that will be considered a donation and will not be refunded. You will still receive a 250% upvote on the 0.2 SBD max allowable.
- If you send less than 0.2 SBD your submission fee will be refunded the next time I vote.
- I vote once a day around 15:00 UTC time. Once the Flagship voting power gets to around 80% I will stop voting for that day.
- In each voting round I will start by voting the first submission by each submitting user in the queue. If I get to your submission and the earnings have closed on it, and you have more submissions in the queue I will upvote your next eligible submission in the queue. After all submitting user's first eligible submission in the queue have been voted, if there is enough voting power left I will vote in chronological order of submissions left. If your first eligible post is plagiarized content, I will move on to the next submitting user in the queue.
- Posts must not be plagiarized. I check each post manually before upvoting. Plagiarized posts will only receive 0.001 SBD refunded.
- I consider plagiarized work to be: The majority of the post is NOT content you created yourself(unoriginal content). If the post contains unoriginal content, the unoriginal content should be cited and linked to the original.
- Posts must be eligible to receive upvotes.
- You are welcome to submit comments to be upvoted but they must be on posts that are still eligible to earn rewards.
- I will give a 100% refund to any submission that cannot be voted on, with the exception of plagiarized posts.

@flagship i must say your services are so discouraging. I sent 0.2sbd about 3days ago now for a post. The post is almost hitting payout and still no upvote.
Hi @hermannsol. I'm sorry you are discouraged.
It sounds like you didn't do much due dilligence before submitting your post. I give you all the information you need to see approximately when your post will be upvoted. I provide the queue so you can see what submissions are still waiting to be upvoted. I post all the upvotes I do each day which gives you an idea of the capacity I have at the moment. And then all the refunds I do are on my wallet page.
Please make sure you read my terms. Remember if I get to your submission and the earnings have expired, I will look for another submission from you to upvote at that time. So your original post might not get upvoted but your second post did and you were refunded for the original post.
Also please remember I am at the mercy of the Steem price and so if it drops the number of votes I can do each day drops as well.
For example the last 6-8 weeks the number of votes I can give has dropped by 60-80%. I am getting more submissions each day than I can vote for. I do the best I can with the capacity I have.
I don't guarantee you will get an upvote. I guarantee if you get an upvote you will get 250% return. If you don't, and your post is not plagiarized, you will get refunded your full submission fee.
