800 gm cottage cheese, 25 gms of ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp yellow pepper powder, 200 ml, 75 gram paneer, 1 gram fennel, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp. Spoon roasted gram flour, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp small cardamom powder, quarter tea spoon javitri powder, according to salt flavor.
Method :
Cut the pieces of cottage cheese one-and-a-half-inch. Put salt, pepper powder and ginger-garlic paste on these pieces and keep it for 45 minutes. Out of this extra water will come out.
