One of the café's standout features is its perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, guests can relax amidst the cool breeze and greenery, ideal for conversations with friends or enjoying a morning coffee. Inside, the décor is simple yet elegant, with plush sofas and twinkling oil lamps creating a serene and romantic atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful environment for work or study.
The café's décor is another noteworthy aspect. The combination of simple wooden chairs and sofas in shades of green, white, and gray creates a warm and luxurious ambiance that blends seamlessly with the calm and tranquil atmosphere. The striking orange Kohee sign welcomes customers, leaving a memorable impression from the moment they arrive.
Last but not least, the café boasts a diverse menu. From rich coffees to aromatic teas and refreshing fruit juices, the café caters to every taste and preference. However, it's worth noting that due to the high volume of customers, especially in the evenings, waiting times for drinks can sometimes extend from 30 minutes to an hour. This minor inconvenience aside, the overall experience is quite exceptional.
My visit to Kohee Café was marked by a mix of excitement and disappointment, but overall, it left me eager to return for another try. Situated conveniently next to Sóc Sơn High School on the main road, the café offers ample parking space, making it accessible for patrons arriving by car. Upon entering, I was greeted by a spacious interior, adorned with simple yet elegant décor that exuded a tranquil ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
However, due to the overwhelming crowd and the café's recent opening, many of these intriguing options were unavailable during my visit. Despite my initial disappointment, I managed to secure a cup of Jasmine Oolong Tea, albeit without any toppings. The fragrant aroma of jasmine infused with creamy milk provided a delightful sensory experience, though the absence of toppings left me longing for more.
My friend arrived shortly after, only to find herself unable to place an order due to the bustling crowd. It was disappointing to see her miss out on the café's offerings, and it highlighted the need for improved efficiency in managing customer flow during peak hours. Nevertheless, the reasonable pricing, ranging from 30,000 to 55,000 VND (approximately $1.30 to $2.20), ensured that our wallets remained relatively unscathed.
Despite the challenges faced by the beverage industry, with numerous bubble tea shops closing down, Kohee Café continues to thrive amidst the competition. Located in a neighborhood saturated with similar establishments, the café's enduring popularity speaks volumes about the quality of its beverages and the inviting ambiance it provides. It's evident that Kohee has successfully carved out a niche for itself, offering patrons a welcoming space to relax and indulge in a variety of tantalizing drinks.
