šŸ“ŒPancake are very beautiful color, soft and porous. They are good because they are fried on a dry pan without oil, so get absolutely low-fat and healthy. Pumpkin pancakes are a great Breakfast for children and adults.

āœ…Pumpkin puree ā€” 200 g
āœ…Eggs ā€” 2 PCs.

1ļøāƒ£ For mashing the pumpkin cut into pieces and bake in the oven until soft at a temperature of 180-200Ā°C. Chop the pumpkin in a blender.

3ļøāƒ£ Add egg mixture, pumpkin puree and melted butter. Beat. Add milk. Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Beat.
4ļøāƒ£ you Should get the dough thicker than for pancakes, and thinner than pancakes. Fry the pancakes on a dry pan (not nonstick) over medium heat. When the bottom is browned, gently prising with a knife, flip. Fried pancake quickly. Serve pancake with honey, chocolate, jam or maple syrup.
