- 1 pound of durian.
- 150mls of coconut milk.
- 200mls of fresh milk without sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of condensed milk.
- 80 grams of sugar.
- 10 grams of salt.
-1 lemon. - 5 egg-yolks.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Scoop out the flesh from the durian.
- Cut the lemon into 2 pieces, remove seeds, keep the liquid.
- Mix well the condensed milk with 1/2 cups of hot water until the milk is dissolved.
Step 2:
- Mix well coconut milk with sugar, condensed milk into a sauce pan, heat over low heat, stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat.
- When the milk is still warm, mix well the mixture with egg-yolks, using an egg beater to mix well, once again boil the mixture.
Step 3:
- Mix well durian with fresh lemon juice and the mixture that you have just boiled. Mix well with egg-beater until the cream is soft peak form.
Step 4:
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl, put it into a refrigerator, let's freeze to enjoy.
Ps: Every 30 minutes, stir well the mixture of ice cream with a spoon, so that the ice cream will be smooth and delicious.
