It's me again with another video and episode of the series Millet can be everything! I'm still shocked how many different dishes we can prepare from this awesome igrendient! This time in main role we have Lecho! It's very popular dish in Poland, and I have to say that I have a lot of memories if it comes to food and my childhood. We used to eat lecho every week or two, always with meat. If I think about it now the taste was never that great for me, 😣 at least when I was very young but I have to say since I tried Lecho without meat in vegan version it tastes waaaaay batter! I had couple difficulties recording this video😥but I think at the end everything is just fine. 😊
If it comes to my video editing, it feels better now, atleast compared to the first time when I was editting it 😅 I still think my whole concept can be presented way batter and more fun.😌 If YOU have any tips or just anything to say about the editing I would be glad to hear it, at the end this can improve my editing skills and your experience of watching my videos. 😏
Thank you all for checking it out and for your time, here are couple photos of my lecho ❤️❤️

I have tried mullet in a mushroom dish it was very good. A nice change from rice that we usually have.
Yeah, millet is really delicious :D
Never heard of Lecho before... your version looks super delicious. Another wonderful millet share my dear ;)
You have to try it! This dish is really nutritious, and with millet is even better! Of course you can use another grits, like buckwheat :) Thank you so much 💕
