Grilled Thai Chicken (Gai Yang)

A famous Thai dish, served with sweet and sour sauce Nam Jim Jaew (available in the previous recipe in his cookpad), eat with sweet sour paprika Som Tam. Often people will use the whole chicken on the charcoal stove, but because of their limited conditions we should use the chicken legs and oven in this recipe. Material
