Good morning!
I know it's Monday and most people prefer Friday instead of Monday because they know it's a weekend starting with that day but Monday tells us it's just started the week.
To improve this beginning of the week I chose to start my day with a fruit salad. Lately I have seen the benefits of the fruits on the empty stomach, over the body and I try to make a habit of it.
So, in my salad I put apples, kiwi, oranges and bananas. Above, I filled in with nuts that I know they contain fatty acids like omega 3 and 6, proteins, mineral salts and vitamins.
What do you prefer to eat at breakfast?
