Heyyy fellow Steem Vegans, Pescatarians, Flexitarians... and the likes of non-dairy cheese lovers (also those interested in switching over)!
If you eat non-dairy products then you know it can be a challenge to find vegan cheese that tastes just as good as dairy options. As a pizza lover, finding the right mozzarella non-dairy cheese has not been the easiest task. One of the major brands of non-dairy cheese is Daiya which is nut based. Up until recently I have not been a fan of Daiya’s mozzarella cheese. It’s very thick, has a sweetish taste and just overall kills the enjoyment of a pizza.
I say up until recently because they just dropped their cutting board line which is now made from coconuts 🥥 and man oh man ... it’s so great I forget it’s vegan!!
Check out the pizza we made last night
