Salah satu nya keripik pisang,proses pembuatan nya awal nya pisang di kupas,lalu di rendam agar ilang getah nya cepat hilang, lalu di goreng,,ada beberapa jenis rasa keripik pisang di bireuen, ada yang manis,asin tergantung cara racik bumbu nya saat proses penggorengan nya.
