Did you know you can make cupcakes in ice cream cones? I baked some cake batter inside cones, topped it with my favorite chocolate frosting and topped them with a chocolate covered potato chip. Pretty unique pairing, I realize, but it was delicious.

These were seriously my favorite when I was a kid, I made my mom make them for birthdays in the classroom:)
